Terms of Use

Last updated: 23.09.2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using CreatorSpot (the "platform"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

2. What CreatorSpot Is

CreatorSpot is an online platform that connects clients with independent creatives (videographers, photographers, designers, digital marketers, and editors) worldwide. The platform makes it easier to find, negotiate with, and communicate with each other, but is not a party to any agreement the client and creative enter into between themselves.

3. Registration and Account

When you register, you must provide accurate and complete information. You're responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for all activity that happens through it. Registering via Google is also subject to Google's own terms.

4. Client Obligations

5. Creator Obligations

6. Payments and Agreements

Payment terms (price, schedule, payment method) for projects are agreed directly between the client and the creative — the platform does not process those payments. The platform's core features (search, portfolios, listings, messaging) are free, with limits on certain actions (e.g. number of proposals per day for creators, number of published projects for clients). An optional Pro subscription, billed through our payment partner Paddle.com (which acts as Merchant of Record), removes those limits and adds extra features. Each party bears its own risk when entering into an agreement outside the platform.

7. Refunds

Pro subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing period (monthly or annual) and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling prevents future renewals but does not result in an automatic refund for the period already paid for — you keep full access until the end of that period. See our Refund Policy for full details, including how to request a refund for a billing error.

8. Profile Verification

The "Verified" badge means our admin team has manually reviewed the profile (completed onboarding and a profile photo set). Verification is a trust signal, not a guarantee of the quality of work performed.

9. Prohibited Use

It is prohibited to use the platform for fraud, harassment, posting false information, circumventing the platform to avoid its rules, or any activity contrary to the law.

10. Limitation of Liability

CreatorSpot provides the platform "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The platform is not responsible for the quality of work performed, nor for disputes between clients and creatives arising outside the platform's direct control.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete an account that violates these terms, without prior notice, if necessary to protect other users or the platform.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a published change means you accept the new terms.

13. Contact

For questions about these terms, reach out through our contact form.
